Important when making a reservation
We recommend checking our opening hours (see below) before starting your reservation.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 125 euros per person is required.
Due to the specific setting of the restaurant, we can accommodate parties up to maximum 8.
We serve one fixed menu, adapted to the rhythm of the seasons and the availability of products. We do our utmost to accommodate various dietary preferences. Due to the unique nature of our experience it’s unfortunately not possible for us to offer fully lactose-free or vegan menus If you have any questions about this please send us a mail to reservations@hertog-jan.comAre you booking for a third person? Please inform the whole group about our menu policy.
We take reservations up to 48 months in the future.
What if you want to combine your meal with one or more nights in the beautiful Botanic Sanctuary hotel?
